Improvement of customer job after using the IRC product

Owner commented the following:

  1. There was a systematic work flow process, in training and final implementation before shop open.
  2. In ingredients and baking instruction ‘free hand’ data in saved into each of the premixed database, making it very easy to edit, add new info each time before printer into labels.
  3. There was ‘no lost bill’ as all the products has a’in house self generate 8 digits PLU’ and the barcode come with a check digit to prevent error in the sales registration. This is one of the main concerns of the owner.
  4. End of Day sales reports is ‘push up to the cloud server’ for owner to view anywhere in the world.
